NEPONSET WHARF

The specifics of the site program are still being evaluated, however Neponset Wharf will be a development that provides an entirely new way to access Boston’s waterfront. Located in a unique part of Dorchester, Neponset Wharf will be residential development, a new state-of-the art marina, and public access to Boston Harbor.

Program Updates

Update Posted February 25th, 2019

The site program has changed, after the development team worked closely with the City of Boston, the Pork Norfolk Neighborhood and the State of Massachusetts. The 85-unit development is still in the permitting process and a final site plan is expected to be approved Spring 2019.
