Ryan Sillery has more than 15 years of experience in the Boston real estate and development markets. He started City Point Capital in 2009 after years working at JP Morgan Chase in Chicago. His vast knowledge of private equity combined with his understanding of local trends, is one of the greatest edge that City Point Capital possesses.

Kris received his MBA from Clarkson University, from there he worked in Financial Services at UBS and Bear Sterns for four years before joining Ryan as a dynamic leader at City Point Capital. Kris engages with investors and is committed to fostering lasting relationships with those who do business with City Point Capital.

KASHA GRABOWSKI

Prior to joining City Point Capital in 2015, Kasha worked at East Boston Savings Bank for 12 years as the Assistant Manager. There while managing over 10 employees, she was primarily responsible for acquisition of new business, retention of existing clients, and community outreach. Kasha became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2016, fostering her passion for real estate and development.

After receiving both his Bachelors and Masters Degree from Mass Maritime Academy, Josh served as the Corporate Safety Manager for Siemens from 2012-2015. There he lead corporate safety reviews for all sectors of Siemens business in Europe, Africa and the US for Health and Safety. In 2015 he started at Lafarge Holcim an Eastern US Safety Manager. Prior to joining City Point Capital in 2016, Josh already has a combined 15 years in construction management and safety under his belt.
