As our team grew, so did the scale and complexity of our work. In South Boston, we led the redevelopment of a historic corner, blending modern living with the architectural character of the neighborhood and adding the neighborhood’s first hotel. Other nearby projects allowed us to build a deep expertise in waterfront considerations, zoning, and urban entitlement processes.
Scaling with Purpose
We continued our work to Nantucket, where we developed luxury residences and spec homes across the island. These projects sharpened our commitment to design integrity, detail, and building within highly regulated and historically sensitive environments.
We worked in Boston suburbs, applying that same philosophy to historic renovations and residential transformations—navigating local commissions while delivering homes that feel both timeless and livable.

With over two decades of experience spanning finance, construction, and real estate development, Ryan Sillery brings a uniquely integrated perspective to both investment strategy and project execution.
Over the course of his career, Ryan has developed and delivered more than one million square feet of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate across premier markets including Boston, Nantucket, and Florida.
He has led capital formation and fund management efforts across multiple real estate vehicles, overseeing projects from initial concept through completion. His approach is defined by a balance of design excellence, disciplined cost control, and a clear focus on long-term asset performance.
Ryan’s hands-on construction background, combined with deep financial expertise, allows him to identify and execute on opportunities that are both architecturally compelling and economically sound.

Kris Meola brings over two decades of experience in finance, private investment, and real estate strategy, providing a strong analytical foundation to JupOne’s leadership team.
